Terms of Service
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms cover Omegen.ai: the website, the Telegram bot, and the HTTP API. Using any of them means you accept them.
What the service does
You send a description, we run it through Midjourney, and images come back. You can also send a picture to be described, edited, or given a permanent link. The same work is available two ways: by typing in the bot, and by calling the API from your own code.
Your account
You need to be 18 or over.
An account starts in one of two places, and stays where it started. An account opened in the bot and an account opened on this website are separate accounts with separate balances, even when the same person holds both. We do not merge them and we cannot move a balance between them. If you want to use both, top up both.
Keep your account to yourself. Anything done through your Telegram account or with your API key counts as done by you.
Balance and payment
The service is prepaid. You add to a balance in cryptocurrency, and each job takes its price from that balance.
- Network and payment fees come out of the transfer, so your balance is credited with the amount that actually arrives. That is usually a little less than you sent.
- The price is taken when the job starts, and the price you were shown is the price you pay. If we change a price afterwards, your job keeps the one it was quoted.
- If a job fails, the money goes back to your balance by itself. You do not have to ask.
- The balance is credit with us, in US dollars, for use in this service. It is not a deposit, it earns nothing, and it is not money we hold on your behalf.
- Prices can change. We do not change the price of work already paid for.
To get unspent balance back, write to support@omegen.ai. We will normally return it to a wallet you name, less the network fee for sending it. We will not return balance already spent on jobs that ran.
What you may not make
Do not use the service to produce:
- sexual content involving minors, in any form, style, or claimed context;
- material that sexualises a real person without their consent, including images built to resemble them;
- content impersonating a real person or organisation in order to deceive;
- anything illegal where you are.
The model has filters of its own and refuses some prompts. Those refusals are not ours to overrule, and trying to work around them is a misuse of the service. A refused job is not charged for.
An account used for any of the above is closed. We report what the law requires us to report.
The images you get back
We claim nothing over your prompts or over what comes back from them. What you are allowed to do with a generated image is set by the terms of the company that runs the model, and those terms reach you through us. We are not in a position to grant you more than we have, and we will not pretend otherwise.
API keys
A key is shown once, when it is created, and stored only as a hash. We cannot recover a lost key, only replace it. Requests made with your key spend your balance, so keep it on a server and out of browsers and repositories. Tell us at once if a key leaks and we will revoke it.
What we do not promise
The service depends on a model we do not run. It can be slow, it can refuse a prompt, and it can fail. We do not promise a particular result, a particular style, a particular likeness, or a particular waiting time. We do not promise the service is available without interruption.
We limit how many jobs one account can have running at once, so that a single account cannot crowd out everyone else. Those limits change as capacity does.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for anything else is limited to the balance on your account at the time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Closing an account
You can ask us to close yours at any time, and the unspent balance is returned as described above. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and where it was closed for prohibited use we do not return the balance.
Changes
We update these terms as the service changes, and move the date at the top when we do. If a change affects what you pay or what you are allowed to do, we will say so here before it takes effect.
