Privacy Policy

Who we are

Omegen.ai is an image generation service. You reach it through our Telegram bot and through our HTTP API, and this policy covers both, along with this website.

Questions about this policy, or about the data we hold on you, go to support@omegen.ai.

What we collect

Your account

How we identify you depends on how you signed up.

These are two separate accounts with two separate balances, even when the same person holds both. We do not join them, and we have no way to tell that they belong to the same person.

What you send us

The prompts you write. The images you upload to be described, edited, or hosted. The results that come back for you.

Payments

Top-ups are made in cryptocurrency through Heleket, a payment provider. We never see your wallet, your keys, or any card details. What we store is our side of the invoice: an order id, the amount you asked for, the amount that arrived, the status, and the notification the provider sent us.

Technical records

Ordinary server logs of what happened and what failed. They record events, not the text you wrote. When an API key is used we also record the time and the IP address of that request, so you can tell whether a key is still in use and notice one that is not yours.

We run no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no profiling.

What we do with it

We use it to run the service. To make what you asked for, charge the right balance, answer you in the right place, keep a record of what you spent, and find faults. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

The image model

Your prompt and any reference image are sent out to be generated. Midjourney is the model behind them, reached through an API provider we buy capacity from. What happens to your prompt on their side is governed by their terms, not by this policy. If you would rather a prompt or a picture never left our systems, do not send it.

The payment provider

Heleket raises the invoice and handles the transfer.

Google

Only if you sign in with Google, and only to confirm who you are. We ask for your name, your email address, and the account identifier, and nothing else. We cannot read anything else in your Google account.

Telegram

Everything you send the bot passes through Telegram first, under Telegram's own privacy policy.

imagg.cc

Image hosting we run ourselves. Uploads that need a permanent link are stored there.

We do not sell your data, and we share it with nobody outside this list.

Permanent links are public

When you ask the bot for a link to an image, that link is public and it does not expire. The address is random, so nobody will arrive at it by accident, but anyone you give it to can open the picture and pass it on. Ask for one only for a picture you are willing to have on the open web. Write to support@omegen.ai if you want one taken down.

How long we keep it

What you can ask us for

Write to support@omegen.ai and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, send you a copy, or delete your account and what is attached to it.

Two limits worth stating plainly. Deleting your account does not reach back into what was already sent to the model provider or to Telegram. And it does not remove permanently hosted images unless you tell us which ones.

Cookies

This website sets one cookie, and only once you have signed in: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It holds no personal data of its own. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there is no banner asking you to accept any.

Age

The service is for people aged 18 and over. If we find that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it and return the balance.

Changes

When this policy changes we move the date at the top. If a change affects how we use what we already hold, we say so here before it takes effect.
